This feature is designed to allow you to offer options for your participants during the check-out phase of the registration process. These can be opportunities for them to buy additional merchandise other than what is included in their registration package, tickets for pre-race meals, or other upgrades.

This feature is designed to allow you to offer options for your participants during the check-out phase of the registration process. These can be opportunities for them to buy additional merchandise other than what is included in their registration package, tickets for pre-race meals, or other upgrades.

  1. Go to My Races > and select the race for which you want to create Add-on Product(s).

  2. Select Manage Race > Add-on Products

  3. Click on the green Add-on Product button in the middle of the page or the blue plus tab near the top. You may add as many products as needed.

Add an Add-On Product


Name: This is the name of the item your customers will see when they get to this portion of the check-out process. Keep in mind how you choose to name an item relative to other similar items you might be offering.

Description: Provide your participants with a detailed description of the item, service, or upgrade they are purchasing.

Options: If this products has multiple options, such as a shirt size, enter the various options with one option on each line.

Price Each: This is the cost per unit that will be added to their registration prior to check-out. They will be able to review their choices before completing the transaction.

Quantity: The quantity of this product you have available for sale. Once that quantity has been reached, the option for this add-on product will not be offered to any other registrants. A quantity of "0" will allow an unlimited number of registrants to choose this option.

Photo: Choosing a photo is not required but recommend, especially if you are giving people the option to purchase additional merchandise from your event. When you click "Select Image" you will then be able to browse to your stored photos on your device.

Example: The add-on option in this example may be a Pre-Race Dinner ticket for $20. The participant could then select 4 tickets and bring their family or friends to the meal with them.

Be sure to click the blue save button before navigating to any other features from the dashboard.

To Edit an existing Add-on Product:

Click on the Add-On Products tab and you will see all the items you have created as in the screen shot above. At a glance you can see the name of each Add-on Product, price, as well as how many times the item may be purchased.

Click on the drop-down menu in the far left-hand column next to the Add-on Product you want to edit. By selecting Edit, you will be able to go into the original fields populated and make changes.

Add an Add-On Product

Selecting the Duplicate option will create a copy of that Add-on Product. You can then go into the duplicate item and edit the data you want to be different. This function is useful if you are offering similar items.

The List Orders option will allow you to see all the participants who have purchased this Add-on Product.

Choosing Delete will permanently remove this item from your race. When you click Delete you will see a prompt asking if you are sure. Note: Deleting an Add-on Product will not delete the record of those participants who have already purchased that item.

Add-On items purchased during registration do not incur any additional registration fees. The $1 registration fee plus credit card fees (2.9% + $0.30) covers any add-on products or donations added to each registration.
